Delivery Timelines

Delivery times depend on your location and product availability. You'll receive updates on your order status, and can check progress any time on our Track Order page using your order number and the email or phone used at checkout.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated and shown at checkout before you place your order. Orders above a certain value may qualify for free shipping — this is shown on your cart and checkout pages.

Order Status

Every order moves through the following stages: Received → Confirmed → Processing → Packed → Shipped → Out for Delivery → Delivered. You can see your current stage on the order tracking page or in your account order history.

Delivery Issues

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, or you notice an issue with a delivery, please contact us with your order number so we can look into it.
