Coverage

Most products sold on Multitech include an official manufacturer warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use. The exact warranty period for each product is shown on its product page under the Warranty tab, and on your order confirmation.

What's Covered

Manufacturing defects and hardware faults arising from normal, intended use of the product.

What's Not Covered

Physical damage, water damage, unauthorized repairs or modifications, damage from incorrect installation, and normal wear and tear are typically not covered — this can vary by manufacturer.

Making a Warranty Claim

Keep your order confirmation as proof of purchase. To start a claim, contact us with your order number and a description of the issue via our Contact page. We'll guide you through the manufacturer's warranty process.
